No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chance of winning.

Sweepstakes begins September 23, 2026, and ends at 12:00am CDT October 3rd, 2026.

Open only to legal U.S. residents 18 or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees of Mint Mobile, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and their family members are not eligible.

To enter, the full survey must be completed by 11:59pm CDT on October 3rd, 2026. To enter by mail without completing the survey, print your name, address, day/evening phone numbers, email address, and age (all required) on a postcard or letter and mail by October 3rd, 2026, to: 5405 E. Village Rd #8004 Long Beach, CA 90808, ATTN: "Mint Mobile Survey Sweepstakes Entry." Mail entries must be received by October 3rd, 2026.

One entry per person.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

Ten Amazon gift cards with a value of $50 each will be awarded.

Ten winners will be chosen at random.

Winners will receive the gift card via email.

A single person who attempts to take the survey more than once will be disqualified.
