Leading Insights Focus since 2012, I have spent over 20 years honing my consumer insights skills both client and supply side and enjoy working with clients to help them make smart decisions about pipeline innovation, product optimization and validation, especially when it comes to QSR and Fast Casual brands.

As a professional moderator with a Master’s degree in Human Factors, I enjoy applying that expertise to the work I do with consumers and their interaction with technology. With a natural ability to connect and relate to both clients and respondents, I am passionate about understanding people and their motivations and applying those learnings to the project.

As a seasoned quantitative field tester, I have managed all aspects of field testing from point to point and personally oversee the successful operation of each project.
